Round Table info – October 20 at 2pm

Thursday, October 20, 2pm, 035 Medical Sciences

The Round Table discussion is set! Dr. Ream in the Biomedical Sciences department will be hosting one of our very good researchers who is also a fabulous speaker.  Below are the details.  There is nothing to read beforehand, just come and listen and ask questions. And to those who might be thinking, “What does this have to do with my research?”, keep reading…

Carotid Bodies and the Control of Breathing
Dr. Christopher N Wyatt Ph.D.
Assistant Professor, Neuroscience, Cell Biology and Physiology
NeuroScience Cell Bio Physio-COSM
Room: 035 Medical Science, Oct 20, 2pm

This presentation is NOT just for the students in Neuroscience. It should be a great talk that everyone will get something from.  Dr. Wyatt has done several open lectures and always gets a good crowd.  He understands that this is open to all departments and that most of the attendees will not have a background in the topic (or science for that matter). So join us and learn something new!
