Upcoming RefWorks workshop for GSA!

Great news!  Ms. Bette Sydelko of the University Libraries has agreed to do a RefWorks workshop exclusively for GSA!  The workshop will be February 28th, a Tuesday, at 2pm in a location TBA.  It will last one hour and handouts will be provided.  You will learn how to set up a RefWorks account, how to import journal articles and book references, and how to use the program to create a bibliography.  This event is well worth your time and we hope to see you there!

Grad students needed to participate in focus group

URGENT… PLEASE HELP

The Graduate School, and Wright State, has been selected to participate in a first-of-its-kind study which will focus on completion and retention rates of master’s students in STEM disciplines and GSA is asking for your help.

We were contacted by the Graduate School and asked to help spread the word about this study and also help find new graduate students (as well as grad students who plan to graduate in the next few quarters) to participate in the study.

If you would be interested in being a part of the study during either one of the session times listed below, please respond to Jason Champagne (jason.champagne@wright.edu) with your name, campus e-mail address, and session preference.  Students selected to participate in a focus group will be contacted by the Graduate School and will receive a $10 gift card to the Wright State bookstore.

Thanks in advance…please spread the word!
